Kim Victoria Cattrall (born August 21st, 1956) is a British-Canadian actress best known for her role as Samantha Jones in the HBO series Sex and the City for which she was awarded five Emmy Award nominations and four Golden Globe Award nominations winning the 2002 Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress. Her role was reprised by her for Sex and the City 2 Sex and the City films (2008) as well as Sex and the City 2 (2009). The films also include Porky's and the Porky's of 1980 and her role on Police Academy Big Trouble Little China Mannequin. Kim Cattrall will be remembered for her performance as Samantha Jones in the HBO sitcom Sex & the City. The character of Samantha Jones played by noted actress Cattrall was a pivotal moment in her professional career. Anita Ekberg...................Anita Ekberg was a Swedish actress who appeared in several European as well as American films. Her most famous role is in the comedy-drama film La Dolce Vita. The film won an Oscar and it was awarded the Golden Palm in Cannes Film Festival in 1960. It was also commercially and critically popular and critically acclaimed. Her acting career began when she became a fashion designer in Skane. She was later crowned her first Miss Sweden contest. She then moved to America and started playing in many movies. Her first credited role was in the movie Abbott and Costello Go to Mars in which she was the part of a Venusian guard. The first role she was credited with was in Abbott and Costello Go to Mars where she was a guard from Venus.
