Christina Ochoa, a Spanish actor, is an ocean biologist, as well as an author. She is the daughter of Nobel laureate Severo Choa. Ochoa was born into a family which encouraged her scientific and artistic talents. When she completed her studies, which brought her across Spain through Australia and America and then to America, she was an active social media based scientist. She is a frequent keynote speaker as well as host of scientific gatherings. While she is interested in science, it was only later that she realised that acting was her true passion. She began acting as a pastime and relocated to Madrid so she could further her education and land great role. In 2008, she made her debut appearance onscreen in the comedy series 'La que se avecina.' Since then she has appeared on stage as well as in TV. She is a contributing writer to Vogue Spain H magazine and El Imparcial. Mensa became her membership in 2009.
