Annabelle Gurwitch, an American comedic actress and television host is best known for her role as the host of Dinner and a Movie. She has also been active in promoting human rights and environmental issues. Annabelle Gurwitch, a New York Times bestseller and critically acclaimed actress is the New York Times's Bestselling Author of her memoirs In the Place You Are They are I See You Made An Effort I Said Tomato You Say Fired I Say Shut up and was fired. This showtime comedy special was also produced by Annabelle Gulwitch. Gurwitch hosted Dinner & a Movie on TBS for many years.
